Our mission is to provide uncompromised service, quality and value. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of every customer, every time. As an independent seal distributor we do not promote any particular (and sometimes more costly) brand, but simply show you which products are best for your applications.

What independence actually means

A distributor tied to one manufacturer has to recommend that manufacturer. We don’t. When you describe an application, the answer you get is the product that fits it — which is sometimes the cheaper one, and sometimes a compound you hadn’t considered. That’s the whole argument for working with us instead of a brand’s own channel.

Employee owned

R.F. Carlson is an ESOP company. In practice that shows up as low employee turnover: the person who set up your stocking program three years ago is usually still the person who answers when you call. In a business built on knowing a customer’s parts, that matters more than it sounds.

Two warehouses, one product line

We stock in Sarasota, Florida and Kennesaw, Georgia. Millions of seals are on the shelf, with same-day shipping on in-stock items. The product line is deliberately compact and unified — o-rings, gaskets, oil seals, molded rubber and the hardware that goes with them — rather than a catalog of everything.
